Our Inner Kingdom of Ghosts
Each of us harbours a unique inner kingdom, teeming with ghosts of our own creation. These entities, born from our emotions, are nourished by the vast spectrum of our feelings. In return, they influence our actions, driving us in directions we may not even be aware of. This symbiotic yet parasitic relationship forms a fascinating, albeit somber, saga of our inner lives, where our emotions serve as sustenance for these spectral inhabitants.
Synopsis
The passage presents an intriguing exploration into the concept of "inner ghosts," unseen entities within our mental and emotional landscapes. These ghosts, born from unresolved emotions, unfulfilled desires, and past traumas, thrive by feeding on our negative emotional energy. Each ghost is distinct, marked by the unique signature of its host's soul, and operates with its own agenda, subtly influencing our thoughts, actions, and behaviours without our conscious awareness.
These ghosts manifest as various emotional responses, such as anger, resentment, jealousy, and hurt, which they incite to extract the energy they need to survive. This parasitic relationship often leads to a feedback loop of negativity, where the ghosts stir up emotions, causing more turmoil and thus generating more sustenance for themselves. Over time, these entities can grow stronger, exerting more significant control over our lives and leading us into patterns of behavior that may be detrimental to our well-being.
The text also explores the role of these inner ghosts in extreme behaviors, such as suicide terrorism. It posits that the manipulation and radicalization of individuals to commit self-destructive acts can be understood through the lens of these entities. By exploiting emotional vulnerabilities and amplifying negative emotions, radicalizers can strengthen the influence of these ghosts, eventually overriding an individual’s natural survival instincts.
"Within each of us resides an unseen cosmos teeming with ghosts, countless in number, nourished by the ebb and flow of our emotions."
The passage emphasises the importance of recognizing and addressing these inner ghosts to reclaim control over our lives. Traditional methods like reading holy books, attending motivational lectures, or undergoing personal counselling are deemed insufficient unless they also address these underlying entities. The key to liberation lies in neutralising the power of these ghosts and integrating them into our own aura, thereby stopping the creation of new ones and reclaiming the energy they had consumed. This process is essential for achieving true mastery over our destiny and enhancing our life force.
Impact on Self-Destructive Behaviour: The text draws a connection between the influence of inner ghosts and the radicalization process, explaining how these entities can override natural survival instincts and lead individuals to commit extreme acts.
The passage also delves into the common human experience of procrastination, noting its widespread prevalence despite numerous attempts to address it through psychoanalysis and motivational lectures. Despite short-term bursts of motivation, individuals often find themselves succumbing to procrastination again. The author suggests that procrastination may be humanity's most significant problem, yet a lasting solution remains elusive. Introducing the concept of "inner ghosts," the passage hints at a forthcoming explanation for procrastination and a potential solution to overcome it.
In conclusion, the passage sets the stage for further exploration into practical techniques for dealing with these inner ghosts, promising to delve deeper into methods for absorbing and transforming these entities to regain control and empowerment in our lives.

Main Text
Within each of us resides an unseen cosmos teeming with ghosts, countless in number, nourished by the ebb and flow of our emotions. Each ghost possesses its own distinct persona, shaped by the essence of our thoughts, feelings and experiences. With each passing day, we unwittingly breathe life into new ghosts, until our mental landscape becomes overrun, becoming a bustling metropolis of ethereal inhabitants.
This may sound bizarre, but it is undeniably true. These spectral entities take possession of us one by one, each driven by its own distinct agenda, shaped by the circumstances of its creation and the specific type of emotional nourishment it seeks. They exert their influence over our actions and decisions, all while we remain blissfully unaware of their presence and control.
Each ghost, born from a unique cause — be it unfulfilled desires, unresolved traumas, lingering attachments or any of our resentments or hurt feelings. They feed on our emotional energy, drawing sustenance from feelings like anger, resentment, hurt, revenge, and jealousy, among other negative emotions. This emotional nourishment is what keeps them alive and active within us
"They feed on our emotional energy, drawing sustenance from feelings like anger, resentment, hurt, revenge, and jealousy."
They momentarily seize the reins of our consciousness. Under their sway, our behaviours shift subtly or dramatically, reflecting the ghost's inherent personality.
Our ignorance of this possession is part of their power. We go about our lives, believing our actions are solely our own, unaware of the hidden hands guiding us. It's as if we are actors in a play, with unseen directors altering the script without our knowledge. This hidden influence shapes our lives in ways we cannot easily perceive, leading us to question the true source of our thoughts and actions.
The ghosts' agendas vary widely. They may drive us towards certain actions, relationships, or patterns of behaviour, all while we remain oblivious to their presence. The emotional energy they extract from us sustains them, creating a symbiotic yet parasitic relationship that blurs the boundaries of our own will and their influence.
Each of these ghosts carries a unique imprint of our soul, a distinctive signature that ties them to us. They reside within our inner world, generally secluded from the outside reality, forming an invisible yet palpable kingdom that is uniquely our own. Every individual harbours such a kingdom, populated by these spectral entities.
While the underlying causes of their creation are often similar—unresolved emotions, unfulfilled desires, and lingering traumas—each ghost is distinct, marked by the specific signature of its master.Â
Despite their individuality, they operate within the same overarching system. They influence our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours in a consistent pattern, subtly guiding us towards actions and reactions that align with their needs.
Sometimes, when life becomes mundane, routine, and ordinary, devoid of emotional upheaval and turbulence, the ghosts within us begin to starve. Their sustenance—our emotions, particularly negative ones—diminishes, leaving them hungry and restless. In these tranquil times, they start searching for ways to stir our emotional waters and feed their insatiable appetites.
And soon they get their much awaited opportunity. An old memory of a past event might suddenly surface, seemingly out of nowhere. Or it could be triggered by a myriad of external stimuli: an old song playing on the radio, a news article that echoes a past experience, a current event that bears resemblance to a long-forgotten incident, or an encounter with someone who brings back memories. Even the slightest ripple on our ‘chitta’- our subtle consciousness - is enough to awaken these dormant ghosts.
As soon as these ripples occur, the particular ghost whose energy signature matches the emotional wavelength of the memory gets activated. It begins to execute its devious plan, subtly and insidiously stirring our emotional waters. What starts as a faint echo of the past grows into a vortex of strong emotional currents, pulling us deeper and deeper.
These currents intensify as the ghost feeds off the emotional energy we emit. The more we get caught in the throes of these emotions, the more potent and frequent our emotional outbursts become. This surge of emotion-colored energy is precisely what these ghosts crave. They devour it eagerly, growing stronger and more influential with each wave.
"Our ignorance of this possession is part of their power. We go about our lives, believing our actions are solely our own, unaware of the hidden hands guiding us."
This process creates a feedback loop: the ghost stirs up emotions, which leads to more emotional turmoil, which in turn produces more energy for the ghost to consume. It becomes a cycle of emotional vampirism, where our inner peace is sacrificed to sustain these spectral entities.
These ghosts are not merely figments of our imagination or abstract ideas. They are tangible entities that exist within the supra-physical atmosphere surrounding us. Each ghost possesses a unique colour, wavelength, vibration, density, and magnetic field. They are far from being mere illusions; they are real and exert a profound influence on our lives.
These entities have their own form of intelligence, driven by a singular, relentless mission: to sustain their existence by feeding on us, their hosts, by any means necessary. They are merciless in their pursuit of survival. These ghosts latch onto our emotions, particularly negative ones, drawing energy from our emotional turmoil to fuel their own existence.Â
Their method of sustenance is parasitic. They do not concern themselves with the well-being of their hosts. In fact, they often act to our detriment, exploiting our vulnerabilities and amplifying our negative emotions to extract the energy they crave. Whether it is through stirring anger, jealousy, resentment, or any other negative emotion, these ghosts thrive on the emotional chaos they create within us.
The impact of these entities is both insidious and pervasive. They do not simply hover at the edges of our consciousness; they actively infiltrate our thoughts and feelings, manipulating us to generate the emotional energy they need. This process can drain our vitality, leaving us feeling depleted and destabilised.Â
Moreover, these ghosts can influence our actions and decisions, often steering us away from our best interests. They orchestrate a cycle of negativity, where our emotional distress feeds them, and their feeding exacerbates our distress. This can lead to a downward spiral of self-destructive behaviour and persistent unhappiness, where our emotional distress feeds them, and their feeding exacerbates our distress. This can lead to a cycle of self-destructive behaviour and persistent unhappiness.
Suicide Bombers
The core driving force behind suicide terrorism can be traced to the principle of inner ghosts. Radicalising an individual to the point of committing self-destructive acts is generally an extraordinarily difficult task due to the inherent survival instinct that evolutionary nature has embedded in all living creatures, including humans. This instinct is a fundamental part of our programming, designed to preserve life and avoid harm.
"The more we get caught in the throes of these emotions, the more potent and frequent our emotional outbursts become. This surge of emotion-colored energy is precisely what these ghosts crave."
So, why would any person seemingly willingly engage in such self-destructive actions under the influence of their masterminds? The answer to this complex and troubling question lies in understanding the theory of these inner ghosts.
In the process of radicalization, these ghosts play a pivotal role. The masterminds behind such radicalization efforts are adept at identifying and exploiting the emotional vulnerabilities of individuals. They create environments and scenarios that amplify negative emotions, effectively 'feeding' these inner ghosts. Over time, these ghosts grow stronger and more influential, increasingly dictating the host's thoughts and actions.
As these ghosts gain dominance, they can override the individual's natural survival instincts. The constant feeding on intense negative emotions creates a distorted reality where the self-preservation instinct is suppressed by the overwhelming influence of these ghosts. The individual becomes more susceptible to manipulation, as their inner ghosts drive them toward actions that serve the ghosts' need for emotional energy, rather than the individual's own well-being.
This manipulation is often facilitated through ideological indoctrination, where the person's sense of identity and purpose becomes intertwined with the cause promoted by the radicalizers. The inner ghosts latch onto these extreme ideologies, using them as a vehicle to generate and sustain the intense emotional states they thrive on.
The individual's perception of reality becomes so skewed that they genuinely believe in the righteousness and necessity of their self-destructive actions. The inner ghosts, now fully empowered, can push the person to commit acts that they would never have considered under normal circumstances. The result is a tragic and devastating outcome driven by the insidious influence of these supra-physical entities.
In the next note, we will delve deeper into the mechanics of how these inner ghosts operate, shedding light on the intricate processes that allow them to exert such profound control over an individual's thoughts, emotions, and actions. By understanding these mechanisms, we can better comprehend the dark forces at play in the radicalization process and explore potential strategies for countering their influence.
Procrastination
Procrastination, the act of delaying tasks that must be done, often stems from their unpleasant or boring nature. Despite the abundance of psychoanalytic research and motivational lectures on this topic, procrastination remains a pervasive issue affecting nearly every individual. Many people struggle to overcome procrastination, even after consuming vast amounts of self-help literature and attending numerous motivational seminars. While these efforts might provide a temporary boost, the problem of procrastination soon reasserts itself, leading to a cycle of frustration and uncompleted tasks.
I believe that procrastination is one of the most significant challenges humanity faces today. Despite numerous attempts to find a lasting solution, we still grapple with this issue, lacking a concrete or definitive answer. The persistent nature of procrastination suggests that there are deeper, underlying causes that have yet to be fully addressed.
"These ghosts are not merely figments of our imagination or abstract ideas. They are tangible entities that exist within the supra-physical atmosphere surrounding us."
Our theory of inner ghosts provides a compelling explanation for the phenomenon of procrastination and offers a potential solution. Understanding procrastination through the lens of inner ghosts reveals that these entities exploit our fears, insecurities, and aversions to specific tasks. By doing so, they maintain their grip on us, perpetuating the cycle of procrastination. To effectively combat procrastination, we must address these inner ghosts directly, neutralising their influence and reclaiming control over our actions.
Each of these ghosts is connected to us by an individual umbilical cord, akin to the bond between a mother and her baby in the womb. Through these umbilical cords, they are nourished by our emotions, each one feeding on a specific type of feeling. If a particular emotion isn't generated, the corresponding ghost starves and weakens but does not die. It remains in a seed form, lying dormant for years or even decades, waiting for the right moment to spring back to life when its specific type of emotion is once again generated by us. All the while, we remain ignorant of what has transpired within us, unaware that these outward manifestations are commanded by a ghost that has lain dormant for such a long period of time. This ghost, reawakened by a specific emotion, dictates our actions without our conscious realisation, influencing our behaviour in ways we fail to comprehend.
No amount of prayers, divine intervention, blessings from gods or holy men, religious sermons, psychological counselling, or motivational lectures can touch these ghosts. They dwell in our inner world, beyond the reach of all these external aids. Only through our own efforts can we effectively manage and ultimately absorb them. How to achieve this will be explained in our next note.
When we go on a holiday to a serene spot or embark on a holy pilgrimage, we might experience temporary relief from these ghosts. However, this respite is merely superficial. As soon as we return to our daily lives, these ghosts become active once again. No matter how we try to escape, there is no permanent reprieve from their influence.
Holy men in their hermitages are also not immune to this system. By staying away from the mundane world, they may lead emotionally comfortable lives, delivering sermons from high pedestals. Consequently, they might not have as many active and vibrant ghosts in their inner worlds as we common people do. However, even they are not entirely free from these inner entities. These ghosts remain in their inner aura in seed form, often carried over from past lives.
In fact, these religious gurus often lack practical and workable solutions to this problem because they do not have 'hands-on' experience in dealing with it. It's akin to a medical doctor who excels in exams, earning medals and possessing excellent bookish knowledge in medicine but is ineffective in treating patients due to a lack of practical experience. At times, such a doctor's treatment might even harm the patient. Similarly, these religious gurus are often ineffective in offering practical solutions because their knowledge is theoretical, detached from the real-world experiences we face daily. Their guidance, much like the academic doctor's, can sometimes be irrelevant or even counterproductive.
This discussion leads us to two very important issues:
1. What happens at the end stage of our life when there are still many ghosts looming in our aura?
2. What happens after the death of a person to the family of ghosts that have been residing in their aura until the end stage of life?
The answers to these questions are outside the scope of the current subject. They will be addressed in my subsequent notes. These topics relate more to the Law of Karma and our Life Cycle.
Â
To conclude
How can we free ourselves from these inner ghosts, or better yet, prevent their creation in the first place? This is a crucial question with profound implications for mastering our own destiny. Simply reading holy books, performing penances, attending motivational lectures, or receiving personal counselling is of little use unless we liberate ourselves from the grip of these inner ghosts.Â
To reclaim our autonomy, we must neutralise the power of these ghosts and integrate them into our own aura. It’s important to understand that these entities cannot be killed—they are non-killable. Instead, we must absorb them within ourselves and cease giving birth to new ones. By doing so, we can reclaim invaluable energy that can empower us and enhance our life force.
By following certain practices, we can absorb these ghosts into our own aura, thereby neutralising their power and ceasing to create new ones. This integration not only frees you from their clutches but also releases a reservoir of energy that can significantly boost your life force and empower you to live a more fulfilling life.
In the next note, we will delve deeper into practical techniques and exercises that can aid in the absorption and transformation of these inner ghosts. By learning and applying these methods, you can take a significant step towards becoming the master of your destiny.
